Scraplay LLC provides automation services including but not limited to AI agents, data extraction, workflow automation, API development, web development, mobile apps, Web3, and games. Our services are designed to help businesses automate processes and scale operations.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use our services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. Service Availability

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require payment according to the schedule outlined in the project proposal. Late payments may result in service suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scraplay LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
